The first is the Agenda for that AGM. IMPORTANT – At the bottom of this Agenda is a Proxy form. If you are unable to attend the AGM then we encourage you to propose a fellow member to represent you. To do this you simply fill out the Proxy Form and make sure it gets back to me (Dave) before 28th February. My email is on the Agenda if you don’t know it. 

The second is the Minutes from 2025 AGM. As part of the 2026 AGM the Minutes of the last AGM will have to be approved, so attaching them now gives you time to look and see if they are a true account of last year. You do not need to do anything yet, but we will vote on their acceptance as a true record of last year’s AGM.

The third is a copy of the Proposed Budget for 2026. This Budget, together with the Finances Report will be discussed in detail at the AGM. But having the Budget now may prompt you to ask some relevant questions.

QUESTIONS – If there are any questions then they will form part of this year’s AGM. If there is anything you want to raise, there is a form below.  We value this input as it helps us be prepared better for the AGM.
