Membership is simply an acknowledgement to a local body of Christ that you are considering yourself a part. It does not supersede nor exclude one’s relationship to the larger community of believers worldwide. It simply states ‘your address’ in that community for the time. It gives you a voice in our family meetings, it tells the leadership that you are longing to participate, and it carries the full responsibilities of church involvement which we know of in the Bible. It also makes us official in the eyes of our host government. We are not allowed to be an association nor to benefit from credible recognition as a church without having official members. 

 Anyone who meets the requirements.

The first is being a member of God’s family through placing your faith in Jesus for your salvation. This is how we all become part of the united body of Christ. It is the pre-requisite for our local family too. To confirm this, we ask that you state your testimony (how you came to understand your need for salvation and when it happened). If you need help, don’t hesitate to ask. This and a few other things will be the process for how one becomes a member of our local community. 

 According to our present constitution we need: 

1.  A written testimony (already spoken about above) 
2. A statement of intention (simply you saying that you want to be a member), 
3. You to agree to our statement of faith (see below) 
4. You to acknowledge you have been given and read the constitution of our church (see below).
5. That you have been baptized after becoming a believer, or come from an evangelical church background where there are other baptism traditions but that you have shown your commitment to Christ in some way in that tradition. 

Below, you will find the application form. Please complete all of the entries and submit your testimony.  After we receive this, the leadership team will review it and reach out to set up a meeting.
